What I Watched: January 2018.

January's 'What I Watched' list has gotten more additions to it this past week than it has all month as I have been dying in bed with the flu. It's been five days and I'm still struggling to breathe through my nose and swallow without the razor blades catching. It's definitely kicked my butt and here I was gloating that I'd made Christmas without getting sick. Karma! So here's what got watched in the longest month of my life:

What I Watched: January 2018

A Christmas Carol Goes Wrong | I adore Mischief Theatre and all the bits of their shows that I've seen. I'm still desperate to go and see them in London, but that will have to wait. A Christmas Carol Goes Wrong was on around Christmas and I considered it one of the highlights of my entire week. I've currently seen it about 4 times and laugh each time. I love them!

Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 | I got bored one night and this popped up on my list and as I'd only seen it once I gave it another whirl. Not as good as the first one, but it's an alright watch for a boring night in.

Kingsman: Secret Service | I've found myself putting this on in the background as I clean because it's a really easy watch and I can bop along to the tunes that come on as well.

Bridget Jones' Diary & Bridget Jones' Diary 2 | These will always be two of my favourite movies. I intended to watch the third one again after these but I've not got around to it yet. Nothing will beat the first one though.

John Tucker Must Die | A staple in all 90's girls watch list. I love this movie. Who wouldn't wanna get one over on a scumbag boy?

She's All That |  Freddie Prinze Jr and Paul Walker in one movie?? Yes, please! This movie has been a firm favourite of mine for years. Rachel Leigh Cooke is such a beauty!

Anthropoid | Stepping away from teen flicks, this one is a WW2 movie based on real events. Two Czech spies plan to assassinate Hitler's third in command, Heydrich Reinhard, during the Nazi takeover. Starring Cillian Murphy and Jamie Dornan, this is an extremely sad story and it is so well acted that you'll sit there for 5 minutes after just thinking about it all.

Star Trek: First Contact | Alex randomly decided to put this on the other night and as I was ill I ended up falling asleep throughout it and waking up and missing some of it, but I got the gist. I'm not really a trekkie, but it was a terrible movie, I suppose.

What have you been watching lately?
